Rob started writing children's songs in 1996 for his class to support topics taught in other curriculum areas. In 1997 he set up an after school singing group who performed current and old popular songs to get the children interested in music and performing. The following year, he wrote his first song for the singing group called I Do Believe In Christmas to support the Christmas concert, followed by In Winter.

After investing in better musical equipment and software, Rob was able to produce songs and record them.

Since then, he has written dozens of songs (mainly rearranged Christmas songs).

Two songs won competitions including Rob's rearrangement of Away in a Manger (winning the LBC radio Christmas song competition - and Stereot...
