Who needs songs?!?!

I'm a songwriter. I've been writing songs for almost nine years and I enjoy doing it. I've been told my songs are good by numerous people. Although, I can't sing and I can't really play an instrument. I used to write for a local band but I moved away to a new town. I eventually lost contact with them. I would really love if I could sell my songs. They're not really doing me any good. Just piling upon each other. I'm not asking for a fortune. Just someone I can trust when it comes to my songs.
