Flag this, tagged as unsuitable and take down procedure

If you think a MP3 on this website is in violation with our Terms of Use, User Guide or our Upload Agreement you can tag this file as unsuitable by using our Flag this option.

The uploader will be notified that the MP3 is flagged and is requested to check the file for violations with our Terms of Use, User Guide or Upload Agreement. The uploader is also requested to remove the MP3 immediately if he/she finds the file indeed in violation with our Terms of Use, User Guide or Upload Agreement.

Simultaneously a Tribe of Noise representative will be notified that the MP3 is flagged. If Tribe of Noise finds the MP3 in violation with the Terms of Use, User Guide or Upload Agreement, the file will be removed from the website within a reasonable time frame considering normal business standard. The uploader will receive a warning or the account of the uploader will be terminated.

In case of a dispute between flagger and uploader about the suitability of the MP3, Tribe of Noise can, but is not obliged to either;

• remove the MP3 without further notice;
• or mediate between both parties;
• or temporarily remove the MP3 file from the website until the dispute is resolved.
