6. Indemnity

Licensor shall indemnify and hold harmless licensee and any and all directly or indirectly related persons and parties, as well as 
licensee’s successors, and assigns, from any and all loss, damage, liability or expense, including, but not limited to, lost interest
and attorneys' fees and costs of lawsuit and extrajudicial costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any and all of your
obligations under this agreement and copyright law, including, but not limited to, the following:
Licensor is:
- the sole owner of the musical and lyrical work(s) and recording(s) in question
- the owner of the conditions transferred.
and that:
- the musical and lyrical work(s) and recording(s) is original except for some copyright material in the work and/or recording 
for which the author has permission to use.
- the musical and lyrical work(s) and recording(s) do not infringe on any copyrights and/or neighboring rights, trademark 
rights, or trademarks or third party’s privacy.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
