This is NOT an exclusive license.

Whereas, licensor is a creator of musical and/or lyrical work(s) and/or recording(s); Whereas, licensee
whishes to use licensor's lyrical and musical work and recording described more fully herein;
and Whereas, licensor whishes to facilitate in this wish; Now, therefore, in consideration of the 
foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable considerations, the 
parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Music Work(s) Licensed.

Both parties, licensor and licensee, agree about licensing the following lyrical and musical work and 
recording:

Licensee agrees to use the licensed lyrical and musical work and recording exclusively for the following project:

Other remarks: lyrical and musical work and recording only to be used in films made during this project by teams subscribed to
the project.

6. Indemnity.

Licensor shall indemnify and hold harmless licensee and any and all directly or indirectly related persons and parties, as well as 
licensee’s successors, and assigns, from any and all loss, damage, liability or expense, including, but not limited to, lost interest
and attorneys' fees and costs of lawsuit and extrajudicial costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any and all of your
obligations under this agreement and copyright law, including, but not limited to, the following:
Licensor is:
- the sole owner of the lyrical and musical work and recording in question
- the owner of the conditions transferred.
and that:
- the lyrical and musical work and recording is original except for some copyright material in the work and/or recording 
for which the author has permission to use.
- the lyrical and musical work and recording does not infringe on any copyrights and/or neighboring rights, trademark 
rights, or trademarks or third party’s privacy.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

The Dutch law is applicable.
The Dutch court of law has jurisdiction.

The licensor agrees to have read, understand, and agreed to everything stated in this agreement.
