THE TWINNERS MUSIC ON TV PILOT 2009
Your music on a brand new TV show!In the world of TV, the first step to get a show is the development of a 'Pilot'. Networks use these to test whether a show is going to make it or not.
One of these pilots tested by the second-largest European broadcaster SBS is Twinners: an innovative, interactive cross media platform which combines television, internet and mobile phones to reach a massive audience on TV.
Background
SBS broadcasts to over 200 million people worldwide. In Denmark, the Twinners Pilot will be broadcasted on Channel 4 and Channel 5. If successful, the pilot will then be extended and broadcasted into multiple countries. Twinners is looking for your music to spice up their virtual world on TV. Pop, rock, electronica, urban.. whatever Tribe, you’re welcome to upload your songs for their beach bar, jungle bar etc.
Your involvement
During the pilot, Twinners will select their favorite songs, design a music program and include the chosen music in the program on SBS Denmark. If your music is selected, it will be played on TV and your name will appear in the credits! On screen, a banner with your name will be shown at the beginning and end of your song. Tribe of Noise will also receive a link to the music program as shown on TV. Which we will totally share with you.
